Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule classes at any time and to substitute instructor (s) should unforeseen events occur.

● Candidates will receive email notifications to the email address used during the registration.

● Substitutions will be granted if the training is rescheduled and the initial attendee cannot attend.

● If the attendee can attend the rescheduled training, they will be automatically enrolled in the new scheduled course. If the attendee cannot attend the rescheduled training and there is no substitution, the attendee will receive a full refund.

● If, for any reason, we cancel/reschedule a training or event, liability is limited solely to the registration fees paid.

● We are not responsible for other expenses incurred, including travel and accommodation fees for virtual courses.

Late Arrivals and No Shows: Attendees who do not show up for class are not eligible to receive a refund or transfer.

Signing up is easy! Just select your preferred plan—Starter, Business Pro, or Enterprise—and complete your subscription directly through our secure Stripe payment system. Once subscribed, you’ll get immediate access to all features in your plan.

What is included in each VideoTile Learning plan?

Each plan is designed to meet different needs based on your business growth:

- Starter: Ideal for small businesses, offering 100 Course Credits per year, custom branding, and unlimited LMS access for just $99/month.

- Business Pro: Perfect for expanding businesses, with 350 Course Credits, advanced analytics, course authoring, and custom training options for $249/month.

- Enterprise: Our most comprehensive plan, featuring 550 Course Credits, full marketing support, custom sub-branding, and premium customer service at $349/month.

What are Course Credits, and how do they work?

Course Credits are used when learners complete courses on our platform. Each plan includes a yearly allowance of Course Credits (100 for Starter, 350 for Business Pro, and 550 for Enterprise), helping you manage costs as you scale your training business. View our extensive course catalog here.

What happens if I exceed my Course Credits?

If you go beyond your allocated Course Credits, you can easily purchase additional credits to ensure uninterrupted access for your learners.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, all VideoTile Learning plans are flexible, with a cancel-anytime policy. You can manage your subscription settings and cancel whenever you choose.

How does billing work for VideoTile Learning plans?

Your subscription is billed monthly, with no hidden fees or extra transaction charges. Payments are handled securely through Stripe.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely! You can switch between plans at any time through your account settings to match your current needs.

What payment methods are accepted?

We use Stripe to process payments, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallet options.

What kind of support is available for each plan?

All plans include support from our dedicated team. Business Pro and Enterprise plans offer premium support, with Enterprise providing a dedicated product expert and priority access to phone and email assistance.
